Access and Utilization of Services
As the original purchaser of content from The Charter Finance Trainer (TCFT), you are granted exclusive rights to access and utilize the course materials available on the TCFT website at www.tcftindia.com ("Website"). To gain entry, enrollment with TCFT and the creation of a unique password are necessary.

TCFT reserves the right to determine the availability, nature, and type of the free resources provided, at its sole discretion. TCFT may vary the content, format, and frequency of these resources without prior notice to candidates. While efforts will be made to provide valuable resources, TCFT does not guarantee the availability or suitability of any particular free resource. Candidates acknowledge and accept that TCFT's decision regarding the provision of free resources is final and binding.
Protection of Password
Your password is designated solely for your use, and any sharing or unauthorized usage by others is strictly forbidden. Prompt reporting to TCFT is required in the event of any unauthorized access using your password. TCFT retains the authority to suspend or invalidate your password if it is misused or used in violation of these Terms and Conditions. In such cases, no refund or compensation will be provided.
Obligations of Students
As a Student, You represent, warrant and covenant that:
· You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the pricing before using the Services or registering for a Course.
· You will not upload, post or otherwise transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, junk mail, spam, chain letters, pyramid schemes or any other form of solicitation (commercial or otherwise) through the Services.
· You will not copy, modify, reverse engineer, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, communicate to the public, create derivative works from, deface, tarnish, mutilate, hack, interfere with, or otherwise use and exploit any Company Content, the Services or Courses or Submitted Content except as permitted by these Terms or the relevant Instructor as applicable.
In the event that any unauthorized copies, recordings, reproduction and/or distribution of any study materials is traced to your user account, you would be financially liable to TCFT towards any financial losses borne by TCFT on account of such unauthorized transmission or leakage.
Breach of copyright, illegal dissemination of resources etc. will be treated very seriously. It will also amount to reporting of this behavior to any professional organizations / charters that you are a member of, or are seeking to become a member of.
Modification of Terms

Failure to consent to any part of these terms means you may not access or use the site. TCFT reserves the right to amend these Terms of Use at its discretion and at any time.
